For 30 years I was founder and Sr. Pastor of Christ Church (Anglican) in Plano, Texas. At the Lord's call, I stepped aside to take on a wider ministry of leadership development, mentoring, and support. Primarily I am a minister of the Gospel of Christ, but I serve the church and others as an encouraging mentor, a friend to leaders, an effective visionary thinker and planner, and a pastor to the people of God. I pray I always preach and teach the Scriptures with clarity and conviction. I am Founder and Executive Director of LeaderWorks.org, a non-profit ministry to help others develop their plan, their leaders, and the undiscovered resources they have to do what they are called to do. I also lead tours to the incredible places of the Christian faith: Israel, Italy, Greece, England, Ireland, Scotland, Germany to trace the story of Christian faith and the history of the Church.
